Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you come out?

In most cases, we can respond the same day or the next day, especially in urgent situations.

We specialize in humane removal of bats, squirrels, raccoons, opossums, snakes, armadillos, birds, and more.

Usually, no. We perform most removals and sealing work with you safely at home.

Not if we can help it. We don’t just remove—we inspect, seal, and prevent future entry.

Yes. Every job includes a basic workmanship guarantee, and we also offer monthly monitoring contracts.

Yes. We accept credit, ACH, and cash. Larger jobs can be broken into two payments.

Absolutely. We regularly service rental properties and homes that are vacant or seasonally occupied.

We specialize in the humane removal and exclusion of most nuisance wildlife. This includes, but is not limited to, raccoons, squirrels, opossums, snakes, and skunks. We also provide professional cleanup services, including addressing contaminated areas, after removal to ensure your property is safe and clean.

We specialize in nuisance wildlife, and there are a few exceptions due to safety, licensing, and specific regulations:

  • Domestic Animals (Dogs, Stray Cats): We focus on wild animals. Issues with domestic animals (e.g., strays, aggressive dogs, barking) are usually handled by local animal control, county ordinances, or state departments (Georgia Department of Agriculture, SC DHEC).
  • Federally Protected Birds: We cannot remove birds during their federally protected nesting seasons.
  • Bats: Due to federal and state protections, we have specific restrictions during their maternity season:
    • Georgia: Bat removal is generally avoided from April 1st to July 31st. This is to prevent trapping flightless young. If work is done, it must be by a licensed professional who avoids harming young bats. Lethal removal is never allowed.
    • South Carolina: Similar recommendations apply, advising against bat removal from May through mid-July/August to protect young bats.
    • What We CAN Do: During these restricted periods, we can still provide inspections and plan for bat exclusion, which would then be carried out once the restricted dates pass.
  • Feral Cats: We rarely provide services for feral cats, especially outside our main service area. These are often managed by local animal welfare organizations or through trap-neuter-release (TNR) programs.

We frequently receive calls about domestic animal issues, particularly regarding stray or nuisance dogs. Inquiries about bat removal during their protected maternity season (April 1st – July 31st in GA, May – mid-July/August in SC) are also very common. We are happy to clarify why we cannot provide these services and direct callers to the appropriate resources.

Due to the unique nature of each wildlife situation, we are unable to provide exact estimates over the phone. We charge a $75 inspection fee. This fee allows our trained professionals to thoroughly assess the situation, identify the animal, locate entry points, and determine the most effective and humane removal strategy. The $75 inspection fee will be credited towards any services you choose to proceed with. If you book an appointment for the same day as your call, the inspection fee is waived.
